If you are staying in the area of Times Square, this is the only salvation, thank me later. This bar is almost a secret in this area, going unnoticed by the tourists. And is so cheap!
The owner and bartender is the legendary (so I was introduced) Jimmy Glenn, boxing trainer, you will meet him there.

Bar and brazilian restaurant in Brooklyn that has been pleasing new yorkers. The price is good and has a garden full by the passion fruits trees. So cozy and cute.

Its a big red boat on the Hudson River. Good food with veggie options and cold beer, nice place after a walk by the river to enjoy the sunset.

One of the best beer selections of new york, including craft ones. The grilled cheese and tomato soup are a delight. Ask the waiters for recommendations, the service is amazing. If you are the city during the winter, the fireplace is a great place to warm up.

Worth at happy hour and an option if you are waiting someone that is going crazy at Macy’s or B&H. On warmer days, it is worth staying at the little rooftop.
